About Morning Star Precision Machining
Founded in 2004, Morning Star Precision Machining (MS Machining) is a China-based CNC machining supplier serving customers worldwide. Since our founding, we have expanded from conventional turning, milling, and drilling into precision CNC machining and a broader range of manufacturing processes. We work with OEMs, engineering companies, and industrial buyers, supporting projects from initial prototypes to repeat production.
Our services include CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, reverse engineering, surface finishing, and assembly. For parts requiring multiple processes, we coordinate manufacturing, finishing, and inspection, providing customers with a single point of contact throughout the project.

How We Work
From Drawings to Finished Parts
We manufacture custom parts according to customer drawings and technical specifications. Before production, we review materials, tolerances, quantities, and finishing requirements to determine suitable manufacturing methods. Each project is planned around the part’s design and intended application, with secondary operations and inspection arranged as needed.
We machine aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Our manufacturing services support applications in aerospace, automotive, robotics and automation, semiconductor equipment, oil and gas, marine and offshore, energy, and industrial equipment.
Parts are inspected against customer drawings and agreed specifications, with particular attention to critical dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements. Inspection reports and material certificates can also be provided when specified.
